I ordered a hat and a Guardians jersey. The jersey said it would ship in 3 business days.
The hat was shipped; the jersey wasn't. After 3 days, I was sent an email saying that it was delayed with no estimate as to when it would be shipped. 3 days later, I got another update saying, 'We'll update you as soon as we have more information.' A week later, there has been no update.
I checked the website, and the product page said the item would be shipped no later than April the 8th.
Today is the 8th, and there is no update. When I went to check again, the website said it would be shipped no later than April the 18th! I ended up canceling the order and will just get a jersey when I go to a game.
They are selling products they don't have, and then you are strung along with empty promises on their website. Do not buy here.

Paid for shipping $11.99 and was forced to do so; I was given no other options. One item was received within a couple of days; the other item shows shipped for the last couple of days, but yet UPS doesn't even have the package.
I went to the site to chat, and it gives no options to chat. I will never order from there.

I made an order in early December for a kid's Christmas gift. MLB Shop charged my card and never shipped.
3 weeks later I finally was able to speak to someone who said "oh yeah that's out of stock that's never shipping." THEN REFUND ME!? In the mean time, 3 weeks were LOST of finding a replacement in time for Christmas. I overnighted the same item through Fanatics which is the primary operator for the MLB Shop. Not only did they NOT overnight it, they never bothered to follow up to tell me that it also was not going to be shipped.
Told me it'd be sent in a few weeks and then in mid January when it was supposed to ship they just refunded me saying it was canceled, they didn't have it. GET REAL!
THIS WAS A GIFT FOR A CHILD I ORDERED 6 WEEKS AGO. I will never buy from either of these PATHETIC websites ever again

I bought a Jeffrey for my daughter's birthday. Didn't open it for over three months and it was sized for a 10-year-old girl, not the women's medium as marked.
I was 3 days over the date for returns.
All they would offer was a coupon of 30% off towards a new one. I went to the website and they had the same offer for everyone.

After attempting to have the items shipped to the correct address, they failed again and I just asked for a refund. They simply have no way to ship to the correct address if they got it wrong the first time. Never again with MLB shop.
Don't bother! When you order, they tell you one delivery date, then once paid for, it's delayed by 3 to 5 more days.
Then, they send it to the wrong address and the Post Office returns it. So I went online and they make you wait 3 more days before they will resend it.
Never again! They are the worst!

I paid an extra $30 for next-day delivery, and two days later, no items arrived. Customer Service says they'll expedite the items that were supposed to be shipped (but were still in their warehouse). I actually should have read the reviews before ordering from these grifters.

I had to chat with an agent. I tried three times to get the correct item, yet received the wrong item all three times! Their shipping department is incompetent!
Do yourself a favor and buy from a local vendor to save yourself the headache. Never again!

My order just disappeared. This is nonsense.
The shipping is also laughable.
I ordered a hat, and it took 15 days to arrive. MLB should be embarrassed by this.
