Lied about delivery time.
I paid an extra $30 for next-day delivery, and two days later, no items arrived. Customer Service says they'll expedite the items that were supposed to be shipped (but were still in their warehouse). I actually should have read the reviews before ordering from these grifters.

Buy from anyone other than MLB Shop!
I ordered an item, but they shipped me an incorrect one. Their phone number is a joke!
I had to chat with an agent. I tried three times to get the correct item, yet received the wrong item all three times! Their shipping department is incompetent!
Do yourself a favor and buy from a local vendor to save yourself the headache. Never again!

I ordered a shirt charging my credit card then it all disappeared like my order didn’t exist plus shipping takes to long I will never stop hear again they are giving baseball a bad name
My order just disappeared. This is nonsense.
The shipping is also laughable.
I ordered a hat, and it took 15 days to arrive. MLB should be embarrassed by this.

You never answer the phone
You write that you're available by phone 24 hours a day, yet you never answer the phone. Your chat is horrendous.
They don't answer either. I'll never purchase anything if you people are unreachable.

I bought an Orioles Baseball Cap from MLB Shop and returned it because it did not fit. I requested a refund; they sent me an e giftcard. MLB Shop cannot be trusted! Honor a refund request!
MLB Shop does not issue a refund to the customer in an acceptable manner.

Horrible quality t-shirt and horrible website experience
First of all, their website does not work. I attempted to log in w/ the same email address and p.w.
that I've had for years, and it tells me I have the wrong login info. I attempted to reset my p.w. by having it email me, which never happened because the email was never sent. I tried it multiple times, to no avail.
I called their customer service, who was zero help. They told me they had to create a ticket for their IT Dept. Then I get an email from the IT Dept, telling me to follow the prompts on the website to have it email me a reset p.w.!! Unbelieveable as that was my entire problem to begin with!!
I eventually logged in via Google, which I will say was waaaay easier than having to deal w/ MLB. So, thank you google! I then ordered a $42 Detroit Tigers t-shirt, size Small in Women's, customized w/ my name on the back. I received the shirt in a timely manner, but that's where the good news ends.
The t-shirt itself is horrible quality. Very poorly made. The sleeves are extremely tight on my arms (I am very petite at 5'3" and 115 lbs, so I'm not a big person, there's no way the sleeves should be that tight!) and the rest of the shirt is so big/boxy that it practically hangs off of me. Not form fitting AT ALL!!!
Not to mention the material itself is very scratchy cotton, not soft to the touch at all. For the price I paid for this shirt, I am extremely disappointed. I won't even bother returning it because of their horrible customer service I don't even want to mess w/ it. I will most likely cut the sleeves off and try to salvage it as a tank top, but in my mind it's almost unwearable.
I thought for sure if I ordered it straight from the source (MLB shop) as opposed to Amazon for example, I would get a high quality shirt.
Wrong! I'll be ordering from Amazon going forward.

Super frustrated and disappointed in the mlb and the shop
Terrible quality items with terrible stitching jobs. Returned a items that had a terrible stitch job bought a different item instead and had the same issue.

I bought a Baltimore Orioles Baseball Cap that did not fit snd returned it for credit. Got an e gift card instead.

Bought a Dodger Nike city connect collection T-shirt. What terrible quality for 100% cotton, $40 shirt.
Nothing to it, and it is see through. Waiting on NY Yankees shirt. What a terrible product.

Order has not arrived
I placed an order and got a text saying it had shipped with a link to track it. I clicked on the link and was directed to the website to log in.
I kept getting email and phone number not found but it showed my order. I want to know where my order is. Ive been charged for it so I want it. Im not happy.
By the time it comes in( if it comes in) I wont need gloves. I want answers.

I was sent the wrong shirt
I asked for a return label so I could return the shirt. I was told to take the shirt to my post office and they would print out a label for me at a link that was emailed to me.
I took it to my post office and I thought they would dye laughing. They did not do that and said it was third party and I needed to take it to UPS, pay them to print the label and then UPS would send it to the post office who would send it back to you.
All I want is a return label to send this shirt. That is the incorrection back to you
